Early Life-Cycle Estimation for Software Development Projects

Effective estimating of software development effort, productivity, schedule and cost early in the development life-cycle is necessary for proper project planning and risk management.  Successful estimating also requires a proper understanding of the role and impact of size on a software project's development requirements.

At the completion of the course, participants will be able to:
