Section 508 Compliance Statement
Function Point WORKBENCH
Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended by Congress in the
Workforce Investment Act of 1998, requires that electronic and information
technology used by Federal agencies be accessible to people with disabilities.
This statement of Section 508 Compliance is provided by CHARISMATEK Software
Metrics for the software product, the Function Point WORKBENCH.

(a) When software is designed to
run on a system that has a keyboard, product functions shall be executable
from a keyboard where the function itself or the result of performing a
function can be discerned textually.
